Responsibilities

• Be a team member of Corporate Risk & Compliance Department
• Perform credit assessment and revision of credit applications
• Ensure consistent production of high quality credit proposals and compliance of regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies & guidelines
• Make recommendation to resolve complex credit issues
• Contribute to the formulation of credit policies and guidelines
• Advise Relationship Managers with respect to credit policies and lending guidelines
• Alert and report on account irregularities, breach of guidelines, and potential credit risks
• Assist supervisor in handling enquiries from auditors and regulators.
• Take up ad hoc projects and assignments when required

Requirements

• University degree, preferably major in risk management ,business, finance or related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in banking field with strong knowledge on credit risk management and analysis
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s lending policies and standards
• Analytical, independent, hardworking with positive working attitude and good problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
