Responsibilities:

• Assist the team head to achieve the assigned KPIs on no. of new customers, new personal loan bookings and receivables
• Develop, coordinate and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
• Support sales channel to achieve the sales target.
• Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
• Ensure full compliance to relevant regulatory requirements and develop timely action plan if required

 Requirements:

• University Degree graduate
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• PC knowledge
