Company Profile

Our client company has been operating in Hong Kong since 1970 and is regulated by the Securities & Futures Commission. They provide regional coverage to an established international client base, maximizing client opportunities through the utilization of their extensive resources and networks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to monitor and deliver trade confirmations to clients
• Perform daily order balancing for various markets and solve breaks for trade booking
• Liaise with front office, middle office and clients for resolving trade related issues
• Maintain and review instrument static data and market charges
• Liaise with clients to obtain account opening documents and KYC refreshment
• Handle daily corporate action events for Global markets, including, but not limited to – Hong Kong, Japan, Asia Pacific, Shanghai-B/Shenzhen-B, European/US
• Fully operate CCASS terminal to process Hong Kong market corporate action events, such as events input, announcement checking and printing, stock balance enquiry, etc.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above qualification is required
• More than 1 year relevant experience in operation field, preferably trade processing
• Knowledge of corporate action would be an advantage
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken/written English.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet specific deadline
• Willingness to work on public holiday
• Team player, willingness to work with different people for various daily tasks
