Project Manager (Corporate Services)

A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Services Project manager to join one of the largest Chinese banking groups in Hong Kong. They are now seeking new talent to be a part of their Customer Services team.

Company Profile

Our client is a well-established Chinese Banking Group in terms of assets and deposits. They are looking for an experienced corporate accounts Project Manager with good experience in analysing and streamlining corporate account opening and management.

Exciting new role for you

• Analyze and streamline the workflow of corporate account opening, account management and delivery.
• Coordinate and implement the workout plan, and review its effectiveness
• Develop and review the policy requirements, facilitate the streamlining process improve service standard and efficiencies
• Facilitate business plan, conduct research on customer on-boarding and account opening, formulate and promote the feasible enhancement plan
• Manage transformation projects related to corporate account opening, actively sort out the difficulties, timely report the projects’ progress and the potential risks, formulate and follow up the solutions
• Prepare and monitor the optimized measures during pre-implementation stage, coordinate with different units and ensure the timeliness of the implementation
• Well coordinate and communicate with frontline, legal and compliance, and the related units, review the workflow and its efficiencies, promote different kinds of enhancement (including system upgrade)

Requirements

• University degree - Law/Banking/Business Administration or related disciplines
• CAMS qualification desirable
• At least 3 years' experience in Sales, Business control, Operation and Management in Banking sector
• Familiar with relevant laws & regulations, standards and market practices; sound knowledge of risk management, business and company law
• Sound knowledge of account opening, products and services in corporate banking and transaction banking, and various service delivery procedures
• Strong market sense and able to recognize customers’ need
• Proactive and positive to work, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good research, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent project management, report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
