Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client on-boarding, account opening and maintenance services
• Review clients' accounts documentation in accordance with Bank's standard and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to KYC, CDD, etc
• Handle customer enquiry and work with other business units (e.g. Compliance, Credit, Risk etc.) to provide feedback on clients account status
• Follow up with Relationship Manager on client on-boarding issues
• Initiate process improvement and system enhancement to improve overall efficiency of the team
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder with at least 3 years' relevant experience in account opening/CDD/KYC
• Holder of HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8) or/and IIQE licenses are preferrable
• Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
