Our clientis looking for an excellent Margin Financing Sales team lead.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate sales strategies and drive sales achievement for retail brokerage business.
• Secure both individual and corporate client base.
• Oversee a team of Account Executives, train and motivate the sales team on a regular basis.
• Attract and retain new Account Executives to expand client base, generate new business and increase market share.
• Conduct market research / analysis and collect up-to-date market intelligence that will benefit the growth of brokerage business.

• Has obtained degree or above in finance or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years’ experience in retail brokerage business.
• Proven track record that can secure both individual and corporate client base.
• Well versed with Hong Kong regulator’s rules and regulations in brokerage business
• Excellent communications and leadership skills
• Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
