The Company

Our client is a top tier insurance company, they are urgently looking for a UAT Tester on 1 year contract basis (highly go perm) to join the Hong Kong team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for digital new business operation
• Provide user requirement to vendor for operations department system projects
• Prepare user requirement, UAT plan and manage UAT testing; and
• Support UAT and troubleshoot software development problems
• Handle daily operations production requests, including policy administration
• Cooperate with internal IT department and vendor to ensure project complete within timeline
• Provide ad hoc support as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration
• Minimum 2-4 years or above relevant UAT experience in insurance/ bank
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Positive attitude, temp player and willing to learn
• Immediate Available
