Job Responsibilities

• Support Casualty, Property and Engineering Line of Business in policy administration team to perform policy issuance for Commercial Insurance
• Issue policy according to the time frame and standard
• Assist underwriters for all customer issues and complaints relating to policy service
• Manage and supervise the team to provide quality and effective customer service
• Update system after underwriters review the pre-renewal policy
• Assist UAT Test
• Monitor and control the backlog volume, error rate and team productivity
• Prepare monthly management report
• Monitor the due compliance of underwriting philosophy and risk acceptance guideline

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with operation of Policy Issuance
• Knowledge in Commercial Insurance or General Insurance
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software
• Accurate data entry
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Policy Administration Assistant
