Job Description

Onsite with HSBC - Content management specialist

We are currently seeking experienced professional to join the HSBC content studio team.

Principal Responsibilities 

  • Build and optimization of required pages ensuring all incoming journeys regardless of channel are accounted for
  • Using data to further decision making and reporting on effectiveness of content
  • Help deliver output based on editorial calendar and other planned initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and communicate key findings in analytics
  • Ability to manage project work alongside normal workload
  • Working with Analytics teams to ensure correct tagging and management information is gathered to review page success
  • Coach various teams on how to adopt the tools and processes and ensure the processes are being followed
  • Collaborative working with business partners in local insights team
  • Oversee Quality Control in output
  • Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate
  • Responsible for overall delivery and reporting

Qualifications

Requirements

  1. Experience delivering digital best practice in areas such as: website content or e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, SEO, SEM, writing for web, optimization and accessibility, UX, UI.
  2. Ability to juggle multiple projects for international stakeholders, each with their unique set of priorities.
  3. Strong relationship management skills: you’ll need to communicate technical issues, resolve differences, and influence stakeholders.
  1. Respectful of different cultures, working with stakeholders from across Asia Pacific and Global teams largely based in UK.

 Even better if you have:

  1. Professional qualifications or relevant experience in digital marketing / media advertising / digital communications.
  1. Finance or banking industry experience and relevant knowledge of working in regulated markets.
  2. Experience using a Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), Jira and Confluence or other project management tools.
