Jockey Club Centre for Positive Ageing (JCCPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of the elderly with dementia, is looking for a highly motivated person to join its multi-disciplinary team to fill the following posts:-

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Finance or related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Grade "C" or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE, or Level 4 or above in HKDSE, or equivalent)
• At least 2-year related working experience and preferable in social service or NGO
• Detailed mind; Strong numerical skill with accuracy, analysis & logical senses; Positive and self-motivated
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, Office and Chinese Word processing
• Responsible for all accounting work, specific projects reimbursement, daily incoming recording and reporting etc.
• Responsible for center procurement work and tender processing etc. 
• Responsible for staff recruiting and HR related work such as post advertisement, coordinating interviews, employment contract preparation, monitoring and preparing staff duty time reports for payroll, assisting the manager to handle and  execute and monitor all matters in relating to staff / personnel matters.   Another assignment as assigned by the manager. 
• Deadline oriented, working independently on multiple tasks and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferable.
