Responsibilities:

• To create, implement and update system documents for Integrated Management System
• To manage company-wide ISO internal and external audits for all member companies of Kum Shing Group 
• To plan and organize corporate quality and environmental initiatives
• To monitor corporate quality and environmental performance and promote continuous improvement culture
• To assist in monitoring compliance of environmental laws and regulations applicable to business operations
• To provide support to projects regarding quality and environmental aspects, for example, developing quality and environmental management plans

Requirements:
 

• Degree or above in quality, environmental or science engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Good understanding of the construction related legislations in Honq Kong construction industry
• Knowledge and experience in ISO9001; ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
• Qualified internal auditor in quality, environmental and/or safety management system is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Planning and organization skills
• Multi-tasking within time constraint
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and work independently
