Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers' queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions
  • Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions
  • Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path

Requirements

  • A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
  • Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
  • Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

要求

  • 香港高級文憑證書同等或以上學歷
  • 能操流利廣東話、英語及普通話,並有良好中英讀寫能力
  • 無需銀行工作經驗,我們將會向員工提供全面的專業培訓,並支援員工考取工作所需的相關專業資格包括(香港證券及投資學會卷一、卷七及卷八)或保險牌照 (保險中介人資格考試卷一、卷二及卷三)
  • 具客戶服務經驗並持有以上相關專業資格的應徵者,將會被考慮擔任高級財富管理及個人銀行業務主任職位
