Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solution Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Introv Limited. If you have a passion for technology, a strong sales background, and enjoy providing innovative solutions to clients, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our cutting-edge solutions to key stakeholders, showcasing how they can solve their business challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experiences of Enterprise Business Solutions selling, e.g. ERP/CRM etc is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels within organizations.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
