Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solution Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Introv Limited. If you have a passion for technology, a strong sales background, and enjoy providing innovative solutions to clients, this opportunity is for you!

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate our cutting-edge solutions to key stakeholders, showcasing how they can solve their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experiences of Enterprise Business Solutions selling, e.g. ERP/CRM etc is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels within organizations.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
