Responsibilities:

• Perform new material sourcing for China & overseas markets in accordance with the company’s development direction
• Liaise proactively with internal & external parties to ensure the right sourcing being executed in time
• Conduct statistical research and be able to understand demand & supply market
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
• Procurement documents preparation such as: Purchase order, delivery note, debit note, invoice, packing list, quotation and delivery timelines
• Handling inbound shipping document

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline 
• Minimum 3 years’ experiences preferably in F&B or FMCG (but not a must)
• Business sense and open-mindedness
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred.
