Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Branch Service enhancement and management;
• Manage, analyze and evaluate monthly Branch service report and service feedback;
• Cooperate with third party to ensure good branch service consistently;
• Monitor branch service and provide service enhancement training regularly;
• Encourage and assist Branch front line staff to participate in external Excellence Service Competition;
• Work with ad hoc project

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education, university graduate is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years working experience;
• Out-going, pleasant and can work under pressure;
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills; 
• Good spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
