Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 & 2 years relevant working experience in HR payroll processing and office administration
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related HR related regulations in HK
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing
- Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for full functions human resource management, including payroll, MPF, administration of C&B policies, performance management, employee relations (from on-boarding to exit management), injuries reporting & handling etc.
- Assist in general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
- Perform other HR/Admin duties as assigned
