Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, bookings and record daily transactions
• Customers support & assistance
• Booking & reservation arrangement
• Keep front desk presentable at all time
• Assist in various ad hoc assignments as required

 Job Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 3 years experience or above & Spa experience will be an asset
• Willing to work on shift (10:30am - 11:30pm)
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Responsible, self-motivated and good team player
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Guest Service Supervisor / Officer
• Working Location : Central or Happy Valley
