Duties: 

• Support recruitment, admission, course management and administration, marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in coordination with external and internal stakeholders
• Assist in supervising the part-time lecturers and subordinates
• Conduct market study of assigned disciplines
• Support the development of business relationships and professional networks

Requirements:

• Holder of a higher diploma / associate degree or above in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication or related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ working experience with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in program operations in adult education or higher education is an advantage
• Result-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication at all levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and willing to take up ad-hoc responsibilities
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
