We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive/ Senior Executive to join our team and support our mass recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience and be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about people. 

 

Job Description

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone / video screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability of the role
• Provide proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings
• Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking events

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
