Job Description

The incumbent is to assist in all aspects of business administration work and perform other ad hoc duties.

 Job Responsibilities:  

  • Provide general clerical support to Manager and team members
  • Assist in process management relating to customer invoicing and client's requirement
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Process data and compiled reports using the operations system 
  • Develop and maintain filing system and data 
  • Perform backup duties for other team member

Job Requirements:  

  • Tertiary education 
  • Possess experience in handling administration and support preferred
  • Be a good team player with attention to detail 
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High Proficiency in MS Office (particular of Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
