About the role:

• Independently manage the financial reporting and consolidation of accounts for HK, PRC and overseas subsidiaries
• Support management in formulating business plans and financial strategies
• Develop effective tax strategies to optimise company's tax position
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive financial performance
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

About the person:

• Qualified accountant who has received Big 4 training up to Manager level.
• With valuable experience working in listed companies and have proven your ability to independently handle group financial reporting and consolidation of accounts.
• Experience working in HK blue chip conglomerates/ property related industries would be highly preferrable
• Strong knowledge of business planning, financial strategies, and tax strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Ability to provide insightful information to senior executives for decision making
