We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in the toy industry. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting with marketing events to promote our brand and products. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including exhibitions, mall events, pop-up stores, and product launches, etc. according to the event calendar.
3. Manage event budget and timelines to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
4. Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, digital marketing, and website updates, etc. to promote events.
5. Conduct market research to identify target demographics, analyze competitors, and gather consumer insights to support marketing campaigns.
6. Work close with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of marketing initiatives.
7. Track and analyze marketing campaigns performance using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, social media, online and offline events in the toy industry to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or related field.
2. Proven at least 2 years experience in marketing, preferably in the toy industry or related field.
3. Solid hands-on experience in handling event management. 
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, and able to manage resources effectively to ensure smooth event operations.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. A detail-oriented and proactive multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
9. Proficiency in MS Office.
10. Passion for toys and a keen interest in the toy industry will be an advantage.
11. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
