Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Report to the Counter Supervisor.
* Provide excellent service to customers and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist customers in contacting various internal departments.
* Provide on-the-job training.
* Opportunity to be assigned to special projects.
Job Requirements:
* 1 year or more of work experience, preferably with patience and the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds.
* Proficient in operating basic portable electronic devices (such as tablets, smartphones, etc.).
* Priority given to candidates with previous experience in related industries (such as banking, airlines, travel companies, etc.); candidates with experience in managing customer service teams may apply for Counter Service Officer Level II or III.
* Immediate availability is preferred.
