Job Description

Anzure is a Loss Adjusting company which specializes in handling thorny insurance claim investigations and settlements.  Without the distant shadow of a doubt our work is both challenging and demanding, yet it can be enjoyable and rewarding at the same moment. We are now recruiting enthusiastic and intelligent candidates to join us in the Loss Adjusting profession.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mails and courier services. 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Data entry, prepare reports, letters, statements and bordereaux.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • F.5/HKDSE graduate or above.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in receptionist, front office representative, secretary or similar role.
  • Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Stable, mature, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
