Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle post-sale call under regulatory requirements and the servicing calls for case follow up
- Prepare regular post sale call reports to the banks
- Prepare periodic reports for regulatory compliance
- Assist in handling compliance maters such as updates of guidelines
- Assist in library set up for the internal documentation for Quality Assurance Team
- Provide secretarial support to the management whenever necessary
- Support CS hotline and serve walk-in clients
- Handle complaints
- Provide administrative support such as document storage arrangements or scanning
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1 year relevant experience
- High Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies with 1-2 years’ solid experience in life insurance industry (experience in general insurance is not considered)
- Experience in life insurance companies or life insurance brokers is preferrable especially in a call centre or service centre environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good knowledge in Mandarin is preferable
- Strong complaint handling skills coupled with pleasant and mature personalities
- Pass in FLMI / ACS is preferable
- Willing to work under pressure
