Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle post-sale call under regulatory requirements and the servicing calls for case follow up
  • Prepare regular post sale call reports to the banks
  • Prepare periodic reports for regulatory compliance
  • Assist in handling compliance maters such as updates of guidelines
  • Assist in library set up for the internal documentation for Quality Assurance Team
  • Provide secretarial support to the management whenever necessary
  • Support CS hotline and serve walk-in clients
  • Handle complaints
  • Provide administrative support such as document storage arrangements or scanning

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • High Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies with 1-2 years’ solid experience in life insurance industry (experience in general insurance is not considered)
  • Experience in life insurance companies or life insurance brokers is preferrable especially in a call centre or service centre environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good knowledge in Mandarin is preferable
  • Strong complaint handling skills coupled with pleasant and mature personalities
  • Pass in FLMI / ACS is preferable
  • Willing to work under pressure
