Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the vehicle conditions in the operations center and provide real-time reports.
- Record inquiries or complaints from callers and arrange maintenance and emergency service support.
- Provide support services to users when necessary.
- Handle general document processing, data entry, and provide regular reports to management and clients.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Shift duty is required
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience
- Candidates with CS experience / experience in Aviation is highly preferred
- A good team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Job Location: Hong Kong International Airport
- Immediately available is preferred
