We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Officer. 

What you will be doing?

• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of implementation of the quality system in the laboratory based on ISO/IEC 17025
• Coordinate and conduct internal audit to ensure the compliance of ISO/IEC 17025
• Assist in preparation of documents for laboratory accreditation
• Provide laboratory operation training and safety training to the internal staff
• Organize and coordinate the Proficiency Tests and correlation
• Purchase international standards and control internal documents
• Assist in analysis and collection of data on operational and business analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc research and other tasks as assigned

You need to be

• Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in testing laboratory with quality assurance duties
• Professional and solid experience in implementation of ISO/IEC 17025
• Hands on experience in handling DAkkS and CNAS accreditation is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong team spirit, good communication and presentation skills
• Initiative, organised and able to work independently
