Assistant Key Account Manager/ Senior Officer  -FMCG/  Personal Care 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Key Account Manager/ Senior Officer to join the team and take responsibility for managing key accounts / distributors in the personal care industry in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the personal care market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the personal care industry. 
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand business. 
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients.  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Develop customized solutions and enhance the business performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the personal care industry. Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify emerging opportunities. Provide recommendations to clients based on market intelligence to drive business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on key account performance, sales activities, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, track progress against targets, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management or sales roles within the personal care industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English and Chinese
