Job Description

  • Support sales team in daily operations include handling customer enquiry, preparing quotation, coordinating order and compiling sales report
  • Handle shipment In/Out in the office with major overseas/ and local customers
  • Participate in on-site sales activities during Hong Kong Jewelry Exhibitions
  • Assist any ad-hoc projects from time to time assigned by manager

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE or above
  • Proficient in MS office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good customer service skills
  • Mature, independent, ethical, accountable and be a team work player
  • Eager to learn and work in dynamic working environment
