Our clients are IT solutions providers with expanding business presence in HK. Their IT departments are now hiring a few competent Application Support talents to join their team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 application support to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor the applications and systems and promptly update the related stakeholders on the status and issues
• Be responsible for fulfilling the service requests and enhancements as needed
• Gather necessary data to prepare analysis and reports for management review
• Support ad-hoc tasks and requests by the management
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent is preferred
• At least 2 years of related application support experience
• Solid experience in related scripting/log tools, e.g. Python and SQL
• Possess strong problem solving and project management skills
• Great command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
