Responsibilities:

• Handle membership system and implement promotion campaigns to members.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, execution, data analysis and community engagement.
• Responsible for answering customer enquiries, mainly via whatsapp and emails in writing.
• Compile data to prepare analytical reports for marketing campaign evaluation.
• Organize and coordinate CSR activities.
• Design menu and materials for promotion and brand building.
• Provide administrative support to the Team and any ad hoc brand projects.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experiences in marketing function and CS, preferably in F&B industry.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) or similar applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
