Job description and responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical support, system implementation and mechanical maintenance on site for robotics and equipment.
• On site and on call services for clients.
• Make effective communication with clients and record action items.
• Report to Maintenance Manager daily for jobs done.
• Work with vendors to solve technical issue.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Formal automation, logistic or warehouse management experience preferred.
• Possess character of professional, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
• Good in written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong communications, adaptability and responsibility.
• Autocad knowledge is bonus.
• Formal mechanical or electrical training is bonus.
