Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR business partner to advise internal stakeholders and the management team on HR matters.
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and select industry-best candidates across various levels and functions. Extensive recruitment experience in the accounting and legal fields is an advantage.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Regularly review the HR policies and staff benefits.
  • Enhance and revamp the performance management framework.
  • Support staff training and development as well as reviewing succession planning.
  • Support the implementation of the HR information system.
  • Provide office administrative support whenever needed.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent with solid experience.
  • Post-qualification experience of 10 years or above in human resources and office administration.
  • Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and results oriented.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
