Cloud Engineer - Azure

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure resources, promptly addressing any issues or troubleshooting as needed.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect Azure resources and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Develop and automate processes to streamline the management and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Azure.
• Proficiency in managing Azure resources, including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Azure Cloud Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address issues promptly.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Senior / System Engineer (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• Provide setup, support, and administration for systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems, including hardware and software faults.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects.
• Maintain operation and support procedures, as well as server and IT asset inventory.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with MS Server, SAN, Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMWare, and Veeam.
• Prior experience working on Government projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Linux scripting.
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day implementation of the system, including project planning, tracking, and control.
• Resolve project issues, apply quality control management, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables that meet user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Attend project meetings.
• Coordinate key management and key storage of the system as the primary manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management related to IT systems design & implementation / agile software development.
• With working experience on Government projects is preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMC-ACP, PMP, or Certified Scrum Professional is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of users and team members.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
