Our client:

A sizable non-governmental organization. They are looking for IT talents to support their internal operation. Candidate with software & hardware supports / IT procurement / ERP supporting experience is highly preferred. 

Your role:

• PC hardware & software technical knowledge and ability to continuously learn while operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment are necessary.
• Troubleshoot network related issues, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
• Demonstrated in-depth familiarity with Windows operating systems, PC hardware/software, and TCP/IP LANs
• Develop and maintenance of IT documentation
• Manage accurate updated IT asset inventory
• Develop and facilitate end-user system training as required
• Contribute to various local and regional IT projects as required
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in providing L1/2 support
• Native in Cantonese, and able to communicate in English and basic Mandarin
• Software & hardware supports / IT procurement / ERP supporting experience is highly preferred.
