Our client:

A local telecommunication service provider. They are now looking for Network Operations Engineer to provide 1st tier and smart hand support in the Data Center. Shift duty is required. Good career path and fringe benefit will be provided for right candidates.

Your role:

• Provide daily network monitoring, management and service quality assurance in a network operation centre on 24-hour basis
• Monitor planned activities, outage control and performance of all network elements
• Provide customer support service and handle hotline enquiries
• Perform equipment configuration backup support, troubleshooting and fault reporting for outage event
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
   

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics or InformationTechnology or related disciplines
• Customer-focused and self-driven in problem solving
• Shift duty is required and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
