Job Description
Job Accountabilities
- Provide accounting and administrative support to Finance - Credit Control function
- Responsible for reconciliations with brokers' and agents' settlements
- Work closely with both internal and external parties to follow-up long outstanding items
- Update and maintain the settlement record
Job Qualifications
- Associate Degree or above in business or accounting related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in credit control/account receivable in insurance industry
- Candidate with less experience may be offered with a 12-month based contract at the beginning
- Basic understanding in credit control is preferable
- Skills in PowerBI dashboard and data management will be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is an advantage
