Responsibilities

• Provide creative ideas and proposal for marketing and promotional campaign
• Host advertising, media and communication campaigns
• To plan and manage company’ social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, , Weibo, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, etc) activities including content creation, posting and monitoring social community to drive quality traffic to digital channels
• Plan, develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and sales plans to drive customer traffic, engagement, conversions on search engine and social media platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Wechat Public Account, Xiaohongshu etc.), to increase brand awareness and exposure, and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop business plan about marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth
• Prepare regular qualitative and quantitative report to measure effectiveness of respective campaigns and draw insights and propose feasible actions for upcoming projects
• Maintaining good business relationship with business partners
• Be exposed to the latest marketing trends and promotion strategies of Mainland and HK
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements 

• Degree holder, preferably in media, journalism, communications or related discipline
• At least 5 years of related experience with 3 years managerial level (either in-house or agencies) in social media marketing 
• Hands on experience with SEO, SEM and web traffic metrics
• Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
• Excellent knowledge of digital media and social media trend, locally and internationally (with China digital marketing experience will be an advantage)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin 
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
