Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar software.
• Work out the conceptual and physical data models, monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement. 
• Develop automated reporting systems to provide timely and accurate performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide analytical support, and deliver actionable insights. Work closely with data architect, data engineer and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. 
• At least 3-5 years’ working experience on data analysis and statistics is required.
• Experience in any of POS, ERP or CRM data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization.
• Knowledge and experienced in Data Analyst System, e.g. Qliksense, Tableau and etc will be in advance
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R. or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate results. Ability to identify data anomalies and troubleshoot data-related issues.
