Qualifications & experience

• 中五或以上程度
• 3年或以上店舖管理經驗
• 積極主動、誠懇有禮及有責任感
• 具備良好領導才能、管理技巧及應變能力
• 流利廣東話、基本英語及普通話
• 能讀寫中文及英文
• 具有門市零售經驗和倉管經驗更佳
• 具良好溝通技巧，待客熱誠禮貌，工作勤奮積極主動，具執行力，有責任感和進取心、及學習與團隊合作精神，具抗壓力

Tasks & responsibilities

• 維持店舖日常營運及人事管理
• 提供優質鎖售及顧客服務，向顧客推介貨品、提供產品資訊及專業意見
• 管理庫存及陳列，分配人手，及提供適切指導和培訓予店舖同事
• 管理店鋪銷售額以達成公司目標
• 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
• 負責日常店舖營運工作，如補貨、貨品展示等
• 員工更表安排
• Assist the Shop in daily store operations, lead and guide the team to achieve sales target
• Provide customer service to customers in the Corporate Store environment
• Handle the day to day operations of the shop including merchandise display, inventory replenishment and POS system operation
