Responsibilities:

• Support the Group in delivering sustainability reporting tasks including Sustainability Report framework setting and content development, stakeholder engagement, etc.
• Work closely with group companies on ESG related reporting materials and projects including data assurance, Scope 3 reporting development, Climate Scenario Analysis, etc.
• Analyse the performance gap and prepare responses to external requests for ESG rating agencies including MSCI, Sustainalytics and HKQAA
• Conduct peer benchmarking and monitor the latest global sustainability trends to identify improvement areas and best practices
• Support and facilitate key department and business units in delivering against the Group’s sustainability strategies and goals 
• Promote and develop the Group’s expertise and reputation in sustainability
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the team head

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Environmental Science, Communication, or other relevant qualifications demonstrating sound understanding of sustainability
• Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience in sustainability related work.  Experience gained from listed companies / sizeable companies or sustainability/ environmental consultant firms is preferred
• Familiarity with prevailing sustainability reporting standards including HKEX ESG guide, GRI standards, UNSDGs, TCFD and ISSB
• Working knowledge of ESG-related issues including SBTi, Net Zero, Climate Scenario Analysis, Scope 3 emissions reporting and rating platforms for MSCI, HKQAA and Sustainalytics is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels
• Strong project management and analytical skills with excellent attention to details
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
