Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Microbiological analysis on raw materials, finished products and other samples
• Monitor the sanitation condition of the production lines
• Assist immediate supervisor to perform analysis for trouble shooting
• Ensure the working areas are clean and tidy
• Perform preparation works for microbiological analysis and other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Biology, Food Science or Microbiology related subjects
• Good in written and verbal communication skill
• Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
