We are looking for a call center representative that will be the liaison between our company/company’s partners and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively achieving assigned objectives and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound call in a timely manner 
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different campaigns 
• Achieving result according to different campaign requirements on Sales, Marketing and Customer Service campaigns
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines, recommending improved procedures and reporting problems 

Job Requirements:

• Post- secondary education level
• Previous experiences in telephone customer support role 
• Track record of telesales experiences
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage time effectively   
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
