Job Description

About Your Role:
- Internal mail & external mail collection, sorting, and distribution
- Receive and distribute local and overseas courier items
- By hand delivery to end-user and post-office
- Prepare daily log and record incoming / outgoing mail and courier’s data
- Handle enquiries in mailroom
- Log mail data to system and upload files to system
- Review the data generated by the system and do correction if needed
- Responsible for stamping/franking for each outbound mail
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Does it sound like you?
- F.5 or abovewith minimum 1 year related working experience, previous experience in mailroom is highly preferred
- Proactive, accurate and able to work independently
- Proficiency in email and MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Ability in multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Work hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
