Job Description

• DESIGN THE TRAINING FOR FRONTLINE STAFF (RETAIL & CUSTOMER SERVICE) TO CULTIVATE A SENSE OF COMMITMENT AND MISSION.
• Plan, organize and execute the training for shop’s staff to enhance the skills of customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives.
• Review the effectiveness of training programs, collect the data, feedback and assessment to consolidate the training report (KPI) for management review.
• Provide the recommendations to top management for continuous improved of training content with quality for company growth.
• Prepare, edit, and update the training materials and programs appropriately.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in training or a related field will be preferred.
• WORKING EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATE OF NLP COACH IS DESIRED
• Minimum 4 years’ of Training Manager working experience in health/ medical/ beauty/ retail industries.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
