Job Description
Your new role
- Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 and corporation email services, including SendGrid, Postfix and Checkpoint Harmony Email & Collaboration.
- Implement and maintain email security measures, including spam filters, email security applications
- Achieve cooperative-level enablement of Azure AD/O365/Email system features.
- Collaborate with other regional IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide Tier 2 and 3 support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and email services
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations
- Conduct Proof of Concepts on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in the latest hardware, software specifications, and Microsoft products, including Office 365
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
