Job Description

• Responsible for doing research and developing new process techniques, new workmanship and new materials in accordance with the directives of the management
• Coordinate Product Development Cycle, including material sourcing, design evaluation, working procedures documentation, and evaluation reports
• Identify deficiencies in mechanical processes and develop improvements
• Provide suggestions on continuous quality improvement, productivity, cost reduction, safety and environmental performance
• Prepare documentation of critical analysis and provide suggestions for correcting errors
• Assist in daily production problem-solving and Kaizen activities
• Assist R&D department in implementing new product testing and DOE evaluations
• Handle new sample order processing with marketing and technical staff
• Handle other duties assigned by Superior and/or Department Head

Entry Requirements

• Degree holder in manufacturing, chemistry, sciences or engineering
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Japanese is preferred but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and team player
• Able to work independently 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Candidates with more experience will be considered Engineer
