Job Description

• Oversee daily internal legal and compliance work
• Conduct internal risk/compliance monitoring and checking (e.g. staff dealing records, update/revise compliance manual and internal procedures for adherence to regulatory requirements, pre/post trade monitoring  etc.)
• Review of marketing materials/client complaints, KYC/AML checking 
• Handle SFC enquiries, licensing related matters and other regulatory filling work 
• Prepare and review legal documents, business contracts/agreements, coordinate with external legal consultants
• Organize internal training and prepare report to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, legal background is preferred
• Minimum of 3-6 years of legal/compliance experience, buyside experiences preferred
• Good understanding of asset management business and regulatory requirements
• Able to work independently, responsible and good team player
