Job Summary:
We are hiring an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will ensure smooth operations by diagnosing and fixing problems promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain computer systems and software.
• Document inquiries and resolutions.
• Assist with user account setup and permissions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the IT team.
• Train users on IT resources.
• Shift Duty is required (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm / 11am - 7pm)

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience in IT support.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Certifications (CCNA, MCP or MCSE) are advantages.
• Customer service orientation.
