• Handle customer enquires via inbound call
• Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve overall satisfaction
• Draft procedures and processes to improve existing operating practices
• Express concerns and suggestions regarding employee satisfaction
• Timely and correct follow-up on customer enquiries

Requirements

• High diploma or above, University graduate preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in customer service within financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector.
• IIQE papers 1, 3 & 5 is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and telephone manners
• Good language and communication skills
• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
